Here are the rules.
In this thread, you will post your favourite type. The limit of these types must be 13. If your post is over 14, it will not be included.
The first 8 will be gym leaders, the next 4 will be elite 4 members, and the final one is the Champion.
Drawfags can draw them from the ground up, too. We can also guess their teams, i guess.
Also, the last three digits of your post determine your partner/signature pokemon.
