This isn't an original idea though, it's a redesign. If you're gonna throw away the entire concept of stalactite ice creams you might as well make it a new design. Turning a good concept into a random concept isn't an improvement.

You may not like it, but the circus strongman is the reference for conkeldurr. OPs design however, has no reference at all. There is no correlation between a clown and ice cream. Damn near all pokemon have designs with relevant references. This is like if they gave rotom a clown form.
