Does anyone else hope that they add new abilities and moves that interact with weather and especially terrains?
I feel like the only one of the eight conditions which is fully fleshed out enough is Rain and maybe Sand, and even then Sand is the only one where no moves interact with it.
Hail at least needs a Defense buff to Ice-types to parralel the Sp. Def buff to Rock-types, because Hail does fucking nothing other than damage things that aren't Ice and make Blizzard better. It's also worse Sand because only one type is immune to it, making Hail teams have less synergy.
Terrains especially need moves and more abilities that interact with them, although if they become common enough Nature Power can lead to some fun shenanigans on certain Mons.
