>>39150833>>39150845Of course they wouldn’t give these to Raichu. Anything that would potentially give him (even an alternate version of him) even the slightest edge over Pikachu is a cardinal sin in the Game Freak handbook.
Hate to say it, but with everything they do to try and convince you to not evolve Pikachu (voice lines, features, abilities, special moves, etc.), they should never have included Raichu in the games. I know of course that they made Pikachu the mascot after the first games’ release, but it sucks that this Pokémon is forced to live a life in mediocrity just because its pre-evolution ended up being more widely popular.
