I always use Sword and Shield because I have a stupidly fast WPM and I'm not that concerned over the extra button presses. If I have to condense it I go with SS. The point of condensing it is to make it as small as possible and no one on the planet has ever been confused about it sharing an acronym with Soul Silver because it should be obvious by the context.
SwSh is forgivable. Anything beyond that is a red flag.
