>>39158199It makes sense, it's just obnoxious as hell to get anything that isn't Lee or Chan. The real reason you'll never see it is because Tyrogue has abysmal stats and doesn't learn any useful moves, so they can't put it as an early game fighting type like they do with Riolu.
Even if it just learned shitty fighting moves like Rock Smash and Submission to flesh out its movepool it would be a far better option if it was available on an early route.
