Mata mata turtle has a long tube-like nose.

Torkoal is a tortoise and has burning coal in a furnace as its theme. Turtonator is a mata mata turtle with explosive landmines as its theme.

It's a mid-game Pokemon that doesn't evolve and doesn't have a pre-evolution, so of course the stats are about average. Anyway, base 91 special attack and base 135 defense are nothing to sneeze at.
>Coin toss signature move
Moves exist for thematic purposes, and Turtonator's theme is explosive landmine.
>Pushes based Drampa out of Sun/Ultra Sun
Drampa is equally as bad and doesn't even have Shell Smash to fall back on.
