Gym Leader theme is okay on its own but it absolutely doesn't fit a Gym Leader at all. Sounds more like a villain theme.
The other two are just plain trash, simultaneously generic and cacophonic.

Nah, I think the gym thing fits.

Remember, gyms are in these stadiums and in front of a crowd,
I can imagine this kind of overly intense music actually being played in the building itself to hype up the event as being bigger than it really is, so the audience gets more invested.

There’s no feeling to this. Hate to say it but it’s totally Soulless. Sounds like they took the original shit, applied music theory, garbled some rhythms out of the syncing notes, fucking what is nuance, I don’t think they could tell how to make the bells not just be the same shit backing repeating the horns.
