If TPC had an official wiki kind of thing - especially if it were paid for - they could likely pretty easily shut down anything that wasn't a pure news site.
Would be asinine, especially given that TPC is in control of the official site which is notoriously wrong on a lot of shit, but they have the money to make it happen even if it shouldn't morally be done.
