You could have arcadia as the starting zone, mt olympus as the elite four seat, mt parnassus for contests/whatever, ithaca as your last explored area/gym for maxium pottery and olympia for world tournaments. You could also have your own comfy sevii/orange adventure with the remaining aegean islands and genderlock mt athos/lesbos just because.
Also lots and lots of stairs before and in-between the elite four.
