No. The point of Rock type is that its high reward high risk. Use another type if you don't like inaccurate moves.

I actually use this move on some sets. Best on Ground-type Pokemon so you can STAB Earthquake or Bonemerang right after (or something else in predicting a switch, since prime targets like Wheezing and Celesteela aren't going to stay in.

Rock resists ice (ice could get its own new resistances)
