n64 trees (bad texturing), pathetic draw distance, lack of megas and z moves in favor of a dumbed-down dynamax mechanic (could be a plus if you don't play comp i guess), a metagame that will get stale after a few years due to lack of variety (assuming galar dex is 300ish), zero postgame and weak replayability.

Because the best products come from a sense of challenge or competition. Pokemon's been high riding an undeserved success for so long that it gets worse and worse because the people making it have no passion or skill and have never learned to do better. Putting pressure on them to make a better game will result in better games, simple as.
