As much as I love Atlus they'd make it too long and since it's Pokemon unless they made it possible to go beyond level 100 that would make the level curve attrocious and some Pokemon not evolve for a very long time. But I'd like to see them do the concept art.

As much as I like Square Enix they would pad the game with too many useless sidequests and items. Same for Monolithsoft though I'd like to see them do the models.

I feel like Bamco would fall short on postgame content but make a memorable campaign.

Everything else there wouldn't work or can get fucked.

Just make it Nintendo in-house.

Intelligent Systems, they are good with turn based Nintendo rpg's (Fire Emblem, Paper Mario, Advance Wars...) with Monolith Soft collaborating in world design (they helped making Breath of the Wild and Xenoblade Chronicles have great overworlds)

"Pokemon level" is pretty low I think, so I think they can make a decent job. Also, they are probably going to get help from Creatures (for the 3D models) and Nintendo, making development easier.

Say what you want about they're games, they don't hesitate to put 1000+ people working on them, including coding monkeys from singapore or shanghai to cram as much content as they can in their game. If you keep the core design team to not lose the soul of pokémon you're good to go
