I have. It's not my favorite Xeno game but it's a solid game with a lot of stuff to do, a nice big world map, good graphics, and a decent combat system. And the DLC was more or less an entire second game. It was a bit slow at launch but that shit got patched fast and no it runs fine. It's a solid well done game.

Yes, is a lot shorter but the combat is faster and it feels very unique, but still Xenoblade 2, also the main battle theme in Torna is great.

Hahaha is right, devs with a smaller employee count and budget accomplished this, and plan on having all Digimon in their games at some point, something Pokemon will never have again.
