Eevee is cute but not half as distinctive as Pikachu. Pikachu's bright colours and distinctive body parts (red cheeks, lightning tail,rabbity ears that lack pink insides) help it to stand out much more than Eevee while still being cute. Also Pikachu appeals to both genders while Eevee is more popular with girls and faggots lol

Can confirm, Pikachu looks like a little yellow potato but Eevee is adorbs; also Eevee gets the last laugh since Pikachu's evo's look like ass whereas all of Eevee's are gorgeous.
