Delphox loses Thunder Punch, Low Kick, Facade, naturally learning Flame Charge
The idea behind the move change is that, as a mage, Delphox is able to shore up it's weaknesses by knowing counter techniques to them that play to it's special attack strength.
That said, I feel like a 'surprise bulk' delphox might be more interesting, playing to a 'defending mage' archetype and not necessarily in a speed-war with Greninja.
