Saying people should not criticize Pokémon games because they're made for kids is just such an incredibly stupid argument.
Should kids not get to enjoy games as the very best they can be? Should kids not have the privilege to grow up playing great games that they'll remember for many years?

What about children movies? Or other media targeted towards children? They too are criticized by critics because children also deserve to have great things to consume.

Not being able to criticize something because it's made for kids is an invalid argument. Shame on your for saying that. Especially shame on you when you make this argument but criticize other games for kids that are not Pokémon.
