The few american things other than that are just throwaway things that you probably expected a reference to, that shouldn't even be in the game because it isn't an american region but a N.don' region, so clay, and the rangers being cowboys dot belong either.
The point is, the few things you can bring up are dwarfed by the sheer amount of things in the game, which aren't based on N.Y. or even america at all.
