If they nerfed Gengar losing its Levitate ability, everyone could be nerfed and buffed with a ability change.

Post here abilities to nerf and buff Pokémon and rate the other anon changes.

eh. stab hurricane might be better than coverage solarbeam.

Sometimes you actually run the numbers on these things and learn that even a neutral hit coming off STAB hits harder than super effective coverage

Granbull's ability Intimidate and long time use of Heal Bell in competitive sets has always geared it towards being a defensive/support/cleric Pokemon. Beefing up its defenses would just help it fill this role better.
Plus it already has 120 attack, no need to buff it.

They should honestly let you breed Pokemon with different abilities. Like if you breed a female Gengar with a male Haunter or Mismagius and the father is holding a special item, the resulting Gastly will keep Levitate even when it becomes a Genger itself.

Vikavolt needs no guard. It actually makes sense design wise (he is slow because his atacks take time to charge, thats why they don't fail buy he is also an easy target while charging them) and he could benefit from zap cannon and maybe give him a few other moves
