gamefreak will do whatever the fuck they want regardless of the reception. Masuda literally sat down and typed a message telling us how little he cares. Parents will get the games for their kids anyway and that's all that matters.

We were always in a no win scenario. All my normie friends I've talked to so far have all said they're still buying the games despite acknowledging that what GF is doing is really bad. They all say something along the lines of "I'm buying it because I can't imagine myself not playing Pokemon."

You know realise we Pokemon is doing this in the first place, they know that the normal games don't make as much money as mobile trash like GO so they were told by TPCi to remove half of the dex for every game from now on so they would force people to always stay subscribed to Home if they want the complete Pokedex
