Many people want to see their favorites be buffed and viable in competitive. Whether it's because they like using the Pokemon, despite its shortcomings, or just simply like the design. We would all love our favorite Pokemon to be viable in competitive. But how exactly should they be buffed, and to what extent?
Should they be viable in OU, or buffed just enough to be up a tier or two?
Should they get crossgen evolutions, Mega Evolutions, new moves, new abilities, changed stats, changed types, or any combination of the changes mentioned
