Well, first and foremost, just because you're naming some of her characteristics doesn't prove that she's "otakubait" or whatever, if you want to name her thad bad then she's mostly an "ojou-sama" type of character but evolving to be a more outgoing character.

She mostly serves as an actual build-up to the usual conflict of the story, and ties to the biggest organization of the region and the Ultra Beasts/Legendaries so you don't really have any right to complain.
