It's easy to find more once you've got some (especially true on Pixiv as when you follow an artist you'll get recommendations of other similar artists), and I hang out in the /b/ shota threads often since they've got some pretty good taste and have introduced me to some nice artists. Now I'm not saying all western artists are bad, but the majority of them are when it comes to shota art.
Searching Gelbooru is a good start.
