Screens Offense, decent typing + bulk gives it opportunities to set up and then it fucks shit up with Sheer Force-boosted attacks. Water + Ice + Dark coverage is nice in UU atm, resisting Bullet Punch doesn't hurt either.

5 BP quite a bit lot when you consider Sheer Force. Makes the attack go from 156 to 165 after applying STAB.

Because it needs multiple dragon dances to be able to outspeed in a world when 100 spe is considered average

Doubles, for Double Battles.

Some pokemon are more balanced or more potent in Doubles than they would be in Singles. I think in DOU Charizard-Y is the better of the two due to having the ability to support it's team with sunlight, for example.
