"Untiered" should be removed entirely or at least be limited to usage only. Not only should the viability threads stay out of the main site, they don't even update the list when Pokemon like Swanna and Simisear become viable in PU.

The Gen 5 ban was only for Shell Smash + Baton Pass. The move was banned entirely in Gen 7 (then retroactively banned in earlier tiers)

In past gens it was pretty bad yet very popular with low ladder, so it would never ever drop despite being perpetually D-Rank in whatever tier it was in and became something of a meme. That being said, it's actually good in RU this gen.
