All romhacks I've seen are incompatible with each other.
In order to truly combat the main series, you need to make the "Ultimate" game. Or should I say "Ultimate games". A fan series that has full interconnectivity with each following game, one with a solid campaign, all the Pokémon/features represented, a game with fully intact online play--
