>>39227629It's not that I don't like Moon, but moon's backstory compared to Lilie is generic and boring, Lilie's mother is the main villain of the story and Lilie as a character is someone who desires and struggles to become a Pokemon trainer/expert someone who wants to understand pokemon and become apart of the culture that is training them and loving them. This is perfect for character development that could be added into the game that makes the story of SM more original and as well the other Pokemon games. Instead of creating an MC that helps lilie and teaches her how to become a trainer, instead you are that trainer who must learn on your own and from others what it means to be a good Pokemon trainer and thus making her character far more interesting and allowing the liliefags and GameFreak milk her with actual reason instead of forcing insertion of her. IMO this is way better than doing nothing more but constantly winning battles agaisnt trainers and rivals because you're just too strong and forcing yourself to battle the main villain of the story.
