The worst part is that I'm buying them. I could rant and rave until the cows come home about how shitty this game will inevitably be, how Masuda's direction of the series is literal dogshit, but it wouldn't do any good. I'm not going to boycott this game. I'm not even going to pretend like this is a defensible decision, it isn't. I'm just going to buy it because it's fucking Pokemon. My only hope is that I'll play it and hate it so much that I never give Pokemon a chance again.
