Poison status move, creates acid rain which boosts the power of poison and water moves (while decreasing fire like regular rain) hurts every pokemon that isn't poison type for 1/16 of damage (steel and water however get hurt with 1/8 of damage), water moves also get an added chance of causing toxic status and poison moves are now supperefective against steel during acid rain
