if they had added that autistic shit instead of dynamaxing I would have abandoned the franchise in the spot/skipped the gen. Z Moves were already a cringe autistic mistake, and a whole another level than dynamaxing which is also shit, we don't need another one as bad.

That would be Trainer Special or whatever is called. Trainer moves are status boost or healing moves you can use in battle regardless of your Pokémon's current moveset
