Anyway, we aren't going to Kalos. GF claims they have no time to program all pokemon in, which should be their priority, there's no way a 2nd region with a new system's graphics would be a priority for them if pokemon models weren't

Fairy is a new type so having multiple gyms isn't that farfetched

Galar being flipped doesn't mean the rest of the pokearth is flipped. There are numerous ways they could have placed it, including being directly connected to kalos
I mean, pokehawaii was somehow CLOSE TO KANTOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO even though it should have been closer to, or just as close to Unova if we think of irl terms, so they do take liberties with that stuff. Either way it's not happening for many other more legit reasons than geography

But Unova is clearly on the East Coast, whereas KANTOOOO could reasonably be reached on ship.

it's not about how you can reach it, it's about them explicitly claiming alola is close to KANTOOOOOOOOOOOO in particular and nothing else, which is unreasonable. There is no real logic behind alola being closer to KANTOOOOOOOOOOO than Hoenn or Johto (even Sinnoh) since they're all similar location-wise
Also you can reach any other region by ship, depending on the travel route of that ship. Point still stands that GF takes liberties with poke-geography since only KANTOOOOOOO is somehow "close enough to visit" despite all of pokejapan being around KANTOOOOOOOO

Yes, I asked where and how Opal has been confirmed outside of that leak, since every leak holds inconsistencies together with the truths, so we don't know which of these may be one of those inconsistencies (like Pamper)

GameFreak doesn't care about giving players a fulfilling postgame anymore, and they would need a good enough reason to have you visit both regions alongside fitting the postgame for a decent enough level curve where you won't reach Levels 90+ by the end of the natural story.
It's not happening.

It's pretty clear the post-game area is that one with a bunch of thematic buildings crammed together to the north. That place wouldn't exist if there were a post-game region.

Always looked to me like it was a city that had the Pokemon League in it. But we don't know anything about the region itself to fully know. There's going to be things to do after the game is over of course, that's a given. But I doubt it'll be anything "fullfilling" like I put it. No other first run generation games have decent postgames, usually just sidequests and things to explore and catch legendaries.
