In-fact, if he was planning on fighting, or competing in any kind of physical sport, he'd need to cut down and get into actual decent physical shape.
But whatever, i'm guessing you lift and want to believe in the lie that you're stronger because of it. If you want to keep telling yourself that then so be it.
