What are the chances of capturing a Chansey holding a lucky egg at the Safari Zone? I need to level up some Pokemon to lv 100, how much time do I have to invest?

It's better to just grind at the E4.

Why? Battle facilities across the entire gen are 60 at the minimum and Hydregion didn't exist until BW so evolution isn't a factor.

Pokémon Colosseum has a level 100 setting setting for certain colosseums.
To be honest OP, you can just do the GoD quest for the Lucky Egg. Chansey is a bitch to get already.

Go to the Orre Colosseum and finish the first round and beat Lovelina. That sets the quest in motion.
