I like this as a mega design, but not as a base form.
Megas are exclusively designed for combat(which is why Glalie dislocates it's jaw for a temporary transformation). Those fingers would be useless with those shell blades in the way

I'd take the cool stuff from samurott like the swords, whiskers, and helmet, but change it from a sea lion back to an otter and put it on its hind legs. I'd also keep the war fan, but put it on the end of a longer tail. >>39270778 is pretty much perfect. It's a shame how close samurott was to being decent.
