As should be obvious hail suffers from a myriad of issues when compared to the far suppirior weather conditions of rain, sun and especially the far better weather condition of sandstorm.

Besides the gift of a decent roster of Pokémon to compliment it (the only viable hailers are basically just trick room mega abomasnow and aura veil alolan ninetails, both of whom only make it work through the fairy exclusive ability of snow warning) what should be done to make it viable on the level of its completion? (Snow cloak spam doesn’t count because of the accuracy clause in comp.)
