Missed opportunities that upset you. For me, that'd be Altering Cave, since it was meant to be used for mystery events, but Gamefreak was too lazy to either use the events or remove the location altogether, so it's just THERE.

Oh yeah, I forgot to bring up another thing that I thought would have made the Gen 3 main games way cooler. I would have enjoyed it if each gym rematch in Emerald had a more complex version of the layout and new trainer rosters to make them feel cooler. I know that's what the trick house did, but the fact that the gym leaders say they're doing renovations on the gym or getting better and only gain a few levels at first (with nothing changing in the gym layout) is bull shit.

Hilbert/Hilda and the Original dragon didn’t appear in BW2. Game Freak threw out a perfect ending there, and any future remake/sequel that does make it happen isn’t going to have as much of an emotional impact.

Pretty much all of the Pokemon in this cave were in Colosseum, which came out like a month before FRLG and made the entire thing pointless, especially since you would've needed a real life event to obtain ONE of the Pokemon. Game Freak cucked again.

Yeah, you're right. Gamefreak was obsessed with making things event exclusive in gens 3 and 4, which meant some people missed out on them because they were busy.

I'm disappointed that rather than just adding more Pokemon to the absolutl kino battle system of Gen 2, they went out of their way to add powercreep bullshit like natures, abilities, and dumb shit like Megas, Z-moves and choice items.

It wouldn't have even been particularly difficult to do. All you would need to do is check to see if the player has been the elite four when they warp into the gym, and send them to the "renovated" map if they have.

Yeah. Maybe no one agrees with me at all, and that's fine, but one of my favorite aspects of Pokemon games is the gym puzzles. I really want a game where there's tons of puzzles mixed in with battling, rather than gyms where all you do is battle the trainers.
