I call it "vp images" because I rarely post its contents anywhere other than here. It has subfolders for various types of images, like reaction images, anime screencaps, and fanart, and the fanart folder has subfolders for PMD and TCG art. And whenever I gather up too many pictures of a certain Pokemon species, I make a subfolder for it and its evolution family.
I still have tons of random images lying around my folders that could be categorized and organized better, but there really wouldn't be any point to it, so I don't bother.
