the reason I hate genwunners so much is because of how small their scopes are, you can still be from the first pokemon generation yet your favorite generation can be another one, I prefer platinum and HG/SS infinitely more than going back to prehistoric kanto even if they where my first games and I happened to be the perfect age demographic for them back then.
