Hoenn dex for regional dex, there aren't really tedious captures (expect Feebas and Milotic in gen 3)

For the natdex Black 2 and White 2, you can transfer all the past 4 gen pokemon and you can find a lot of pokemon fully evolved ingame

Most tedious, Sinnoh regional dex because of Spiritomb and Great Marsh

Unova dex in BW is probably easier to complete considering there are no gimmicks outside seasons which can be manipulated with the clock
