the only way is get your XY save onto your computer and pkhex them back into gen 5 pokemon and dump them on a BW2 save

If you have the means to export and import a save file and use pkhex and all you care about is matching then you can do that I suppose. You might be able to do it with pksm as well but I never used the bank feature on it.
