Yokai Watch ha been a breath of fresh air for me. I just wish it was more available. There's not much point in playing it in Japanese since a lot of the charm comes from the dialogue. Pokemon games are shit in comparison.

It's more about how explorable the world is in Yokai Watch and the fact that it isn't grid-based and feels more immersive. It doesn't look ground breaking or anything, but it does look much better than SwSh.

How does it feel more immersive or explorable? How is Pokemon SwSh grid-based?
Not disagreeing with you since I haven't played YW, but this post just looks like a pre-made sentence and doesn't have any actual meaning behind it.

Left looks better, even with the removed NPCs. Thing is, the difference is even more clear when looking at actual footage, since YW4 has that awful pop-up everywhere.
