Buneary.
Chingling.
All the first evo bird/Hmslaves like bidoof, zigzagoon, pidove, pidgey, patrat.
Most first evo bugs, sewaddle, caterpie, weedle.
Woobat.
Gothita is so autistic they stare at incoming attacks but i'm not so sure about any other psychic types, probably you shouldn't fuck with them.
Trapinch if you avoid it biting your leg off.
