It adds stuff from IV-6 like the new moves, the fairy typing, updated and level up sets (none of the newer pokemon or mega evos tho). It mixes up the pokemon distribution too so their's more in the regional dex (if you want to have a Meditite in Emerald, you can do that here without trading). Difficulty wise I'd say it's a bit easier because of the newer movesets. I haven't felt the need to evolve my Treecko since it can have the buffed Bullet Seed and Giga Drain by level 21, and Beautifly's level up set is much better then what it actually had in gen III. Mawile is pretty usuable too.

Finished Pokemon Orange Islands with this team. Its bad how like for 80% of the game you'll fight the same water types over and over. That said,Its pretty good even if you don't care for the anime and you can get over the fact that there are only Gen 1 Pokémon in the game,I would recommend giving this a shot

Other than that is a classic XD team, so I guess that's nice. Props for dropping Eevee and not using Teddiursa, both make the game too easy

Working on getting as legit of a living national dex as I can in White Version 2 right now.

why not evolve crabrawler earlier in the game, anon? In USUM you can actually go north from tapu village on ula'ula towards mount Lanakila and theres a small, lower-leveled grass patch at the base that has the natural hail/snow

Depends,if you're going physical Nidorino doesn't learn poison jab until the level 40 range (don't remember exactly which level) and for Nidoking you'll get the earth quake tm in time for the league. Overall Nidoking has a better special movepool anyways. If you haven't used the sludge bomb tm give it to Nidorino and make it evolve. Surf is also good for coverage
