The default percentage for likes is in the 93-97% range, because it's generally only the fans of something that can be assed to like the video in the first place. Any score below 90% is pretty squarely in "controversial" territory. For a big title like Pokemon to have 1-in-4 people rate the trailer negatively is a pretty huge deal, and you'll find that it doesn't match up at all with how things usually play out.
As for why there aren't as may dislikes as there were on the Treehouse video, it's because the first video was where the controversial reveal actually happened. Most of the people who disliked that video just didn't watch this trailer, and those who did neither liked nor disliked it.
