They're literally just all right. Despite a few gripes here and there (e.g., the wild area trees), they get the job done for what this franchise is. If I found this shit in a more serious game that I'm a bigger fan of, though, I'd be livid.

Settling for mediocrity is not a good mentality. They're not alright considering the hardware they're on and the amount of money this franchise generates. They're objectively a poor effort on every front.

Going from SM/USUM, they're definitely far better looking. However, it still looks mediocre on a system that can run games like BoTW, Witcher 3, and Mario Odyssey.
