I can't be excited for Gigantamaxes, because I know they'll be gone soon, too. Pokémon that relied on them will be shit forever.
It's a neverending string of disappointments.
We need to declare war, literal violent war, on Game Freak.
I wish I'd never gotten into this shitshow with Blue.
If I hadn't fallen into the trap, there would be no alarms and no surprises on that front.
Alas, I'm in too deep to simply quit. While I quit buying the games after ORAS and will never buy another one again (thankfully), I'll never be able to just stop keeping up with its downfall, to just say goodbye entirely.
It's really becoming an emotional drain on me, and I believe Pokémon causes more suffering to people than joy.
Pokémon should not exist. It was a mistake. It should have never existed. I say this as someone who actually cares about it.
