Besides, it's not like most of these signature moves/abilities stay exclusive for very long anyway. Move tutors and new generations tend to distribute things more freely. If there's one thing GF is good at right now, it's the pattern of letting a newly revealed, otherwise unremarkable Pokemon, have something cool to call its own, and then sharing that with others who could sensibly share that trait once the Pokemon's time of relevance is passed.
