Firstly, I'm pretty sure Chairman Rose is the father to Leon and Hop. Floral naming convention, similar skin tone, Leon and Rose both have the strangely cut, dark brown facial hair. The only thing that's throwing me off is the brothers' hair and eye colour, being purple and yellow/gold compared to Rose's dark brown and green. While it's a stretch, they could chalk it up as it coming from their mother's side. As well, rivals throughout the series tend to have a parent in a high-ranking position, so that would definitely fit the bill for Hop and Rose. (On a side note, the only rivals I'm pretty sure that didn't have a high-ranking relative were Wally, Cheren, Bianca, Hugh, and the Kalos Squad.)
As for Oleana, I feel like she has a menacing look to her, which may or may not be a red herring. Over the course of the game, she'll either be quiet, and move along almost silently alongside Rose. Alternatively, she'll assist the protagonists in small ways with items or advice, maybe provide a bit of information on Rose and/or the organization, revealing a friendlier side. If Rose truly is evil, then at the climax of the game when he's trying to summon Zacian/Zamazenta or the proposed "Eternatus", Oleana might assist one last time, or, step out of the shadows for the first time by helping the protags (and probably Hop) navigate the facility/ancient site/whatever to ultimately stop/rescue Rose.
