Alcremie doesn't have outlines

I just noticed this.
All other Pokémon and NPCs have outlines on their models, even if they're very thin, but Alcremie doesn't.
Was this an oversight or a conscious decision?

probably oversight. going back to look at earlier footage of cinccino with whatever it was a pikachu I think, there was a roof with chimneys in the middle right of the frame that were bent in and overlapping each other. it got fixed, at least.

it does have thin outlines though, like Mincinno, look at its neck.

It also hasn't any in the official art. It is intentional. It's probably to make it seem fluffier.

Oh yeah, you can see them here. But they're only for "within" the body as far as I can see. Not sure how to describe it, but there are no outlines "outside". Or am I just blind?
