They aren't the worst but I wish we would have had this version of unova in the original. I have a love/hate relation with the region. BW had great character designs and the best story to date. But I didn't care for the region or a majority of the Pokemon designs. I also didn't like the coloring of the overworld for whatever reason.

It is a great set of games to be sure.

Also really good, but it still falls short in some areas.
These, as well as Platinum are basically the best of the DS Era of Pokemon and potentially the best of the modern series as is.
